What is included in one branch subscription

  • Email support for licensing and product-operation issues.
  • Support response target: within 2 business days.
  • Support hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern European Time (EET/EEST).

Commercial structure

  • Billing interval: monthly recurring subscription.
  • Standard plan price: EUR 1000 per month, per branch subscription.
  • Typically EUR 1,000-5,000/month total, depending on branches, seats, onboarding, and support scope.
  • Final pricing may vary by region/jurisdiction, currency, taxes/VAT, seat count, support scope, and onboarding/deployment requirements.
  • Final amount and currency are confirmed in Stripe checkout before purchase.
  • Taxes are calculated by Stripe where required.
  • Payment processing is handled through Stripe checkout.
  • Enterprise and multi-branch commercial terms are available on request.

Renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly by default.
  • Cancellation requires one (1) month written notice sent to support.
  • Cancellations can be requested by email: 1angelgeorgiev@gmail.com.
  • If the next renewal date falls within the notice period, that renewal will still be charged and cancellation takes effect at the end of the following full billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled under the Ray Refund Policy and applicable law.

Dependency and environment requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit).
  • Golden Software Surfer installed and licensed by customer.
  • Internet access recommended for activation/check-in in online licensing mode.

  • Onboarding requirements and target go-live date.

Billing Model

  • Recurring monthly subscription per branch/location.
  • Auto-renew monthly unless canceled with one (1) month written notice.
  • If the next renewal date falls within the notice period, that renewal remains payable and cancellation applies from the end of the following full billing cycle.
  • Typical enterprise range: EUR 1,000-5,000 per month total contract.
  • Taxes handled by Stripe where applicable.
